We are currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our team on a large residential housing development. The successful candidate will have a strong background in timber frame construction and extensive experience managing housing projects from the superstructure stage through to final completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for residential housing projects
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Plan and coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials in advance of scheduled works
Monitor project progress and ensure work is delivered in line with programme deadlines
Carry out quality inspections and snagging throughout the build process
Liaise with purchasers and project stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure homes are ready for handover
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience working on residential housing developments
Proven experience with timber frame construction
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong focus on quality, safety, and meeting project deadlines
Desirable:
Safe Pass and relevant site management certifications
Full clean driving licence
Previous experience delivering large-scale residential developments
Pay: €52,721.46-€77,837.17 per year
