Head Chef
We are hiring for an experienced and reliable full-time Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Rudy’s Restaurant.
About the Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, maintaining all hygiene standards, managing stock and food costs, and leading a motivated team of kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards
- Manage food ordering, stock control, and supplier contacts
- Monitor food costs and waste
- Manage kitchen organisation & cleanliness
- Ensure compliancy with HACCP procedures food safety and health regulations
- Manage and motivate kitchen staff

- Proven experience in this role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
