Job Title: General Maintenance Operative (part-time)
Location: The Growing Tree 4 & 2 in Ballaghaderreen
Hours: 15 hours per week, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Upkeep: Perform internal and external maintenance, including painting, basic plumbing, and repairs to fixtures and fittings.
- Grounds Maintenance: Ensure all outdoor areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Cleaning & Care: Tasks include cleaning windows and gutters, and assisting housekeeping with general building cleanup.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, respond to emergency maintenance issues, and ensure proper tool storage.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaboration: Work alongside contractors and vendors for specialized installations or repairs.
Requirements:
✔Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a maintenance role
✔Safe pass is desirable but not essential
✔Full clean driving licence
✔Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔Garda vetting required
