We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a busy construction project in Athlone, Co. Westmeath. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all finishing works and ensuring the highest standards of quality are achieved throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate finishing trades on site
- Ensure all finishing works are completed to specification and programme deadlines
- Monitor quality control and carry out snagging inspections
- Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel effectively
- Maintain high health and safety standards on site
- Liaise with site management, clients, and subcontractors
- Assist in project handover and completion processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction processes
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Safe Pass required
- Full driving licence desirable
