Role Purpose
The successful candidate will join the team, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to manage and enhance business software applications and associated process
es.This role provides an excellent opportunity to work across the full spectrum of business functions, supporting the continuous development, optimisation, and integration of finance systems and data capabilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for finance-related systems and applications across the business
- Carry out system administration activities, ensuring reliability, performance, and data accuracy
- Support and contribute to process improvement and system development initiatives
- Assist in the development of data, reporting, and analytics capabilities to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with third-party vendors to support, configure, and enhance system functionality
- Support the delivery of automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Participate in the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and enhancements
- Contribute to the ongoing development of best practices, governance, and documentation relating to finance systems
- Key Requirements - Relevant qualification in Finance, IT, Data Analytics, Business Systems, or a related discipline
- Experience working with ERP systems, finance platforms, or business applications
- Strong understanding of data, reporting tools, and system processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); experience with reporting tools is advantageous
