Demand Planning Advisor (Supply Chain Planning – Ireland)

What you’ll achieve
As a Demand Planning Advisor, you will develop and influence commodity-level demand signals for GPUs and structural components supporting Dell’s growing AI server business across EMEA. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Product Group, Procurement and Global Operations teams, you will translate customer and financial requirements into actionable forecasts that optimize product availability, supply readiness and cost. Your insights and leadership will help drive demand stability, improve supply chain performance and support the delivery of next-generation AI solutions to customers.
In this role you will:
Develop commodity forecasts for GPUs and AI server structural components.
Align demand plans with Operations, Procurement and Revenue Operations teams.
Monitor demand consumption and mitigate supply risks.
Create performance insights using Power BI and analytics tools.
Lead process improvements, automation and AI-driven initiatives.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
3+ years’ experience in operations, planning, finance or related functions.
Strong expertise in demand planning, forecasting and data analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and database analysis tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Requirements
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
Experience with Power BI, AI-enabled analytics or supply chain transformation projects.
