We are currently recruiting Security Control Room Operators to join a professional team based in Ballycasey.
This is a control room-based role, supporting the monitoring of CCTV, alarms, and site systems, and responding to incidents in real time within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV, alarms and access control systems
- Respond to and escalate incidents in line with procedures
- Maintain accurate logs and reports
- Communicate effectively with on-site teams and management
What We’re Looking For
- Previous control room / CCTV monitoring experience is required
- Valid PSA Licence (essential)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work 24/7 shift patterns
