TankBuilder Limited specialises in the manufacturing of high-quality buffer tanks. Due to continued business expansion, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder / Metal Fabricator to join our workshop team.
The successful candidate will contribute to the fabrication and assembly of metal components in accordance with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out welding and steel fabrication tasks in line with established manufacturing specifications and job requirements
- Accurately read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans
- Fabricate and assemble metal components with precision and attention to detail
- Assist in the manufacture of buffer tanks, ensuring compliance with company quality standards
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping in the workshop Work effectively both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in welding and steel fabrication
- Proven workshop-based fabrication experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Strong practical welding skills and understanding of fabrication processes
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Experience in tank manufacturing is an advantage but not essential
