We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Dublin. This is a site-based role responsible for supervising electrical installation activities on major data centre projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on site to ensure works are completed in line with project requirements, programme, and quality standards

Coordinate daily activities with electrical subcontractors, site teams, and wider project stakeholders
Ensure electrical works are installed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and approved method statements -
Monitor progress of electrical installations and report any issues, delays, or risks to the project team

Carry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards

Support the implementation of RAMS, permits, and safe working practices across electrical activities

Coordinate with other disciplines including Mechanical and CSA teams to ensure services are installed correctly and interfaces are managed effectively

Assist with reviewing drawings, technical documentation, and resolving site queries

Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for electrical systems

Ensure accurate completion of quality records, inspections, and project documentation

Monitor snagging activities and support the close-out process through to project completion
Requirements

Electrical trade qualification or relevant electrical engineering qualification

Previous experience supervising electrical installations within a construction contracting environment

Experience working on data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, or commercial projects is desirable

Strong knowledge of electrical building services installations

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities effectively
