Role Overview
As a Full-Time Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high operational standards, and supporting the development of the team. You will lead by example, motivate staff, and help create a positive and productive working environment while ensuring the store operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support team members during daily operations.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, juices, coffee, and other menu items according to brand standards when required.
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations are followed at all times.
Monitor store cleanliness, organisation, and presentation.
Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance development.
Manage stock levels, place orders when required, and ensure ingredients and supplies are well stocked.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Assist with scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and cash handling.
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining operational excellence.
Foster a positive, energetic, and team-focused workplace culture.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hospitality or café supervisory experience.
Barista training with at least 6 months of barista experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
