We are currently seeking a Compliance Administrator to support our HR and Finance teams from our office in Slane, Co. Meath. This role is responsible for ensuring employee and project compliance documentation is accurately processed, maintained and submitted in line with client, company and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the HR and Finance teams, along with other internal stakeholders and external agencies to support onboarding, compliance and general administrative activities. The position offers broad exposure across both HR and Finance functions and would suit someone with strong administration experience who is highly organised and comfortable handling confidential information.

Responsibilities-
Manage the scanning, organisation and maintenance of employee, compliance and project documentation

Redact documentation prior to submission to clients, government agencies and third parties where required

Upload and submit documentation through government and client portals in line with compliance requirements

Support the preparation and issuing of employment contracts and associated employee documentation

Coordinate the posting of workers to relevant country portals and maintain accurate records

Monitor compliance documentation to ensure completion within required timelines

Liaise with employees, HR, Finance and external agencies to resolve documentation and compliance queries

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with GDPR and internal data protection policies

Updating joiners and leavers on the employee workwear portal

Provide administrative support across HR and Finance activities as required
Requirements-
Previous experience in an administration role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work on your own initiative and keep managers updated as required

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling confidential documentation

Strong understanding of discretion and confidentiality

Clear and professional communication skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Desirable-
Qualification in Human Resources, Finance or a related discipline.

Previous experience within the construction industry.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
