WE'RE HIRING – SALON RECEPTIONIST
We're looking for someone special to join our busy, friendly hair & beauty salon.
This is not just a front desk role — you are the heartbeat of the salon.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming and looking after clients from the moment they walk in
- Managing bookings and keeping the salon running smoothly
- Supporting our team and keeping everything flowing
- Handling calls, messages & Instagram enquiries
- Helping drive retail and rebookings
We're looking for someone who:
- Is warm, friendly and naturally great with people
- Stays calm and organised in a busy environment
- Works well with a team and communicates clearly
- Is confident with booking systems, scheduling & multitasking
- Computer literate and comfortable with social media and AI tools
- Has a good eye for social media content and engagement
- Takes pride in their work and shows initiative
Bonus if you have:
- Salon or customer service experience
- Experience with booking systems
- An interest in the hair & beauty industry
