Talent Acquisition Partner | up to €53,995.50 per annum depending on experience, plus bonus scheme

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Center Parcs, you will play a pivotal role in proactively supporting and driving key hiring opportunities to support our company aims in building a more inclusive workforce.
We believe the modern Talent Acquisition Partner has evolved beyond traditional recruiting to become more strategic, data-focused and technology-enabled, serving as a true business partner to the company. Whilst based in one of our villages, you'll support local hiring needs, lead key projects for the wider company, help shape succession planning strategies and be part of a community of practice driving change in our recruiting and onboarding practices. You'll also lead and develop a small team whilst partnering with leaders to build talent pipelines that support our future workforce needs.
What you'll be doing:
- Strategic Partnering: Working closely with leaders across the Village to understand business priorities, shape hiring plans, support succession planning and build talent pipelines that meet both current and future workforce needs.
- Leading Recruitment Excellence: Leading and developing a small team, delivering fair and effective assessment processes, and coaching hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions that reflect our values and commitment to inclusion.
- Attracting Great Talent: Proactively sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines and creating positive candidate experiences, whilst developing relationships within the local area, business networks and other talent communities.
- Using Insight to Drive Better Outcomes: Leveraging recruitment technology, market intelligence and hiring data to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and continuously improve recruitment performance.
- Creating Positive Candidate Experiences: Working collaboratively with colleagues and leaders across the Village to ensure candidates and new starters enjoy a seamless journey from attraction through to onboarding.
About you:
- Previous talent acquisition experience recruiting across high-volume and specialist roles within a large, complex organisation, with a proven track record of managing recruitment at scale.
- Confident in building talent pipelines, engaging candidates and recruiting across a broad range of roles, including senior and leadership positions.
- Use data, technology and market insights to inform decisions and continuously improve recruitment activity.
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience and creating fair, equitable and inclusive hiring processes.
- A relationship builder who can coach, support and constructively challenge stakeholders at all levels.
