Tall Trees Childcare are looking for an enthusiastic,motivated, caring and qualified Early Years Educator to join our team in County Limerick (V94 K577). This is an excellent opportunity to work in a nice friendly play-based childcare facility .
At Tall Trees Childcare we cater for all childcare needs of children aged between 1 and 12 years.
Roles and responsibilities include;
- Planning the daily/weekly activities for the children in your care including artwork and other activities.
- To be attentive to the children in your care.
- To ensure the safety, security and well-being of all children in your care.
- Ensure all quality and safety standards are maintained in Tall Trees at all times.
- Assist learning and development of all children in your care.
- Maintaining child records and carrying out observations to assess and observe children’s progress.
- Supporting the development of a quality based pre-school curriculum.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by supervisor or the manager.
- Provide for the holistic needs of the children following the Aistear curriculum and Siolta standards.
- Actively engage the children in developmentally appropriate learning activities to facilitate the potential development of each child.
- Promote and help maintain an organised, clean, safe and well equipped learning environment.
Ideally applicants needs to hold a recognized Childcare Qualification (Minimum Fetac Level 5) with a knowledge of Aistear & Siolta and have excellent communication skills. The ability to work off their own inititaive and work well as part of a team.

Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour
