Role Title : Inhouse Solicitor

Vhi Group Services DAC have a full time temporary role (12 months) for an Inhouse Solicitor based in Dublin on a hybrid basis.

What will you do:-
Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts with both customers and suppliers, including but not limited to NDAs, service level agreements, master service agreements, corporate contracts and purchase and supply agreements etc.
- Provision of property transaction / conveyancing advice.

Participating in varied, bespoke H&W projects which may involve advising cross-departmental working groups on legal issues relating to the project, drafting and negotiating multiple third-party contracts and advising on the various legal issues arising out of same.
- Assisting Vhi Group colleagues with third party contracts which cover both various insurance and H&W services.

Generally advising the H&W business on a wide range of ad hoc legal queries.
What you will need to be successful:
Knowledge and experience
-
Qualified Solicitor in Ireland.
- Experience at a senior level in either private practice or commercial in-house setting.

Extensive experience at drafting and advising on commercial contracts and other legal documents.
- The ability to provide succinct and considered legal advice in a wide range of practice areas.
- Ability to use word, excel, PowerPoint.

Proven ability to work to tight time frames in a busy commercially focused environment.
