Apleona Ireland is looking for a Technical Manager to join the team in Dublin 15 area.
Working pattern: Monday to Thursday from 08:00-16:30 and Friday 08:00-15:30
Main duties and responsibilities:

Oversee all hard FM services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, lifts, and building fabric.

Manage planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance programs.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and statutory requirements.

Supervise and coordinate contractors, vendors, and in-house engineering teams.
-
Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
-
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
-
Develop and manage maintenance budgets and control costs.
-
Lead incident response for critical system failures or emergencies.
-
Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.

Support sustainability initiatives, energy management, and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience working in a regulated facilities environment

Excellent pc skills, including Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint and project

Suitable experience in Health and safety, and environmental issues

Excellent communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills
-
Good understanding of H&S and HR
