Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential lettings and ensure high occupancy levels.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate tenancy terms with prospective tenants.
- Carry out reference checks and vetting of applicants
- Create property advertisements, including writing descriptions and organising photos.
- Prepare regular reports on lettings performance, viewings, and applications.
- Analyse portfolio performance and provide recommendations to improve outcomes.
Key skills required
- PSRA Licence (Category C) – essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings (Dublin preferred)
- Full driver’s licence and access to a car
Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
