Farmfield Spa Escapes is a luxury family owned countryside spa dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests with our friendly team. We are looking for a motivated, reliable and hands-on person to become a key part of our team.

The Role
This is a hands-on position where you'll help with the day-to-day running of the spa while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
The role is primarily based at the spa Friday to Sunday, with a small amount of flexible work from home during the week (approximately 3–4 hours on two weekdays) to assist with bookings and light administration.
Responsibilities
- Preparing the spa each morning , including lighting fires and ensuring all facilities are guest-ready. Or working later shifts when needed also.
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the spa.
- Welcoming guests and creating a warm, relaxing atmosphere.
- Reception duties, bookings, answering enquiries and taking payments.
- Opening or closing the spa.
- Supporting therapists and covering shifts when required.
- Taking initiative to improve the guest experience and support the continued growth of the business. Helping with ideas in marketing etc.
- Assisting with bookings and light administration from home when needed during the week.
- Help in growing the business into something bigger as we are constantly growing with new ideas and plans.
About You

Desirable (but not essential):
- Massage or beauty therapy qualification. (prefered)
- Reception or booking system experience.
- Experience in a spa, hospitality or customer service environment.
