About the Role
Sintek is seeking an experienced and motivated Health & Safety Advisor to join our construction team in Co. Cavan. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a strong health and safety culture across a project, ensuring compliance with Irish legislation, company procedures, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a positive Health & Safety culture across construction sites.
- Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and safety reviews.
- Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks.
- Monitor compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
- Assist with accident, incident, and near-miss investigations.
- Maintain accurate Health & Safety documentation and records.
- Provide guidance and support to site management, employees, and subcontractors.
- Work closely with project teams to identify and reduce workplace risks.
Requirements
- Qualification in Health & Safety or a related discipline.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is preferred.
- 2–5 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role within the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of Irish Health & Safety regulations and construction practices.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
- Full driving licence is desirable.
- Right to work in Ireland

Pay: €38,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
