We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Jewellery Shop Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will supervise daily store operations, support the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service while helping achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support sales assistants
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Assist customers with jewellery selections and purchases
- Monitor stock levels and merchandising displays
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Train and motivate team members
- Ensure the shop is clean, secure, and well-presented
- Support the achievement of sales goals
Requirements
- Previous retail or jewellery sales experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer and cash handling skills
