Site Engineer - Dublin (Career Progression to Management)

We are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer to join a long-term construction project based in the Dublin area. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer who is confident in setting out and site delivery, but also keen to develop into a Site / Project Management role over time. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility on site, progressing from technical engineering duties into wider supervisory and management exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out and general site engineering duties
- Supporting the delivery of civils/construction works on site
- Assisting with QA, H&S compliance, and site documentation
- Working closely with Site Manager and wider project team
- Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
- Gradually taking on supervisory and managerial responsibilities as the role develops
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer on construction or civils projects
- Strong setting out capability and site-based experience
- Ambition to progress into Site Management / Project Management
- Willingness to remain hands-on while developing leadership responsibility
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant engineering qualification preferred
