Job Title: People Change Advisor - TUPE
Location: Swords, Dublin |Hybrid with flexibility
Salary: €40,000 - €45,000
Hours: 40 hours per week
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive People Change Advisor to support the delivery of TUPE transfers, acquisitions, restructures, redundancies, and other organisational change activities across the Ireland and UK business. As the TUPE and Change subject matter expert, you will provide practical advice and guidance to managers, ensuring change programmes are delivered effectively, compliantly, and with a positive employee experience at their core.
Key Responsibilities of the People Change Advisor :
- Manage a high-volume caseload of TUPE and organisational change projects.
- Lead end-to-end TUPE transfers, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate Employee Liability Information (ELI) and mobilisation activities.
- Support and attend consultation and welcome meetings across Ireland as required.
- Advise managers on TUPE, redundancy, restructuring, and organisational change processes.
- Produce redundancy calculations and change-related documentation.
- Review business cases and identify potential commercial and employee relations risks.
- Coach and train managers on people change matters.
- Support employee engagement throughout change programmes.
Key Requirements of the People Change Advisor :
- Proven HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong TUPE experience and knowledge of employment legislation.
- Experience managing redundancy, restructuring, and organisational change processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Commercially aware with the confidence to challenge constructively.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- CIPD qualification desirable.
