We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join Suir Engineering. This is role will be based out of our Citywest office Co. Dublin with flexible remote working options available.

Overall Role Objective
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing and attracting, suitable candidates to meet the staffing needs of our projects across all sectors in Suir Engineering. This role involves working closely with Senior TA Partners and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and to manage an effective 360 recruitment process.
What you will be doing?

Proactively build talent pipelines for critical technical roles, including Project Managers, Multi discipline engineering roles, core project delivery team roles. Identify, screen, and pre-qualify candidates for Trades, Technical and non-technical roles.

Proactively engage passive candidates through sourcing and pipeline building.

Proactively utilise direct hiring channels to attract talent through job boards, networking, referrals and various social media platforms whilst continuously identifying new and innovative sourcing approach.

Establish and maintain relationships with vocational schools, technical institutes, and local workforce agencies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and related reports.
- Report on recruitment activity on a regular basis and prepare reports as required

Analyze and map the technical talent landscape, tracking competitor tech stacks, remote talent hubs, and emerging engineering trends to advise hiring teams on market realities.

Undertake administration tasks, reference taking, onboarding documentation, project work and initiatives relating to recruitment strategy and other people initiatives.

3+ years' experience working in recruitment.

Previous experience in Construction recruitment is essential.

Strong understanding of blue / white -collar job functions and requirements.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, Sage Recruit experience an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel to job fairs, vocational schools, and community events as needed.

Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good IT skills.
