Kitchen Porter
KC Peaches are looking for a Full Time Kitchen Porter, for one of our busy locations in Dublin City Centre . We are looking for individuals with Experience as a Kitchen Porter in another kitchen/restaurant or hotel. This role is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.
The role comprises several core functions including but not limited to:
- Comply with all daily/weekly/monthly HACCP procedures and duties.
- Collecting and washing of cutlery & equipment
- Cleaning crockery & cutlery and ensuring food preparation sites are clean and ready.
- Unloading equipment and food from deliveries.
- Ensuring the storeroom remains organised.
- Making sure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitised
- Assisting the chefs with general duties
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers, staff and visitors is always maintained.
The ideal candidate:
- Cleanliness/Organisation is essential in this role
- Previous experience in a similar role, with 2–3 years’ experience preferred.
- Experience working in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent timekeeping is a key requirement
- Effective teamwork and communication skills is essential
- HACCP training would be advantageous

All applicants should hold EU citizenship or be valid to work full-time up to 40 hours per week.
Applicants should be located in Ireland and possess good working knowledge of the English language (essential).
