Western Renewables are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team due to the growth and success within the solar PV industry
We have the exciting opportunity to join a growing team and play a critical role in helping to manage and deliver Solar PV installations both in the domestic & commercial market.
Duties will include:
Managing day to day operations of the office
Job scheduling
Sourcing stock/materials
Providing quotations
Providing secretarial support to the business manager
Managing incoming and outgoing calls
Managing email accounts
Liaising with customers in an effective and efficient manner
Handling and completion of SEAI Grant applications for both solar PV and EV chargers
General administration duties
The ideal candidate will have:
Flexible approach to all areas of the role, with a can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience in the construction/electrical industry, an advantage
This role is flexible part time working hours up to 30 hours per week.
Monday - Friday
Pay based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
