As an Administrator, you will assist the IFG Group and in particular the HR department in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, both physical and electronic, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed and assist in the enforcement of company policies.
- Assist in maintaining digital and physical HR files.
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns and help resolve basic HR-related issues.
- Assist in organising training sessions and development programs for employees.
- Generate HR-related reports and maintain HR metrics for management review.
- Provide payroll assistance, such as timekeeping, record-keeping, and addressing employee payroll inquiries.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence as required.
- Maintain a positive and confidential employee experience.
