Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and attentive Car Park Attendant to oversee the daily operations of our car park facility. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, secure, and clean environment for all users while maintaining a visible and approachable presence on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the car park to ensure the safety and security of vehicles and customers
- Act as a visible presence to deter anti-social or suspicious behaviour
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the car park, including litter removal
- Report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly
- Assist customers with general enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure parking rules and regulations are followed
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
Working Conditions:
- May involve outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
