About the Company
Our client is a well-established food manufacturing company. Due to continued investment and growth, they are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to join their facility in North Cork and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead all site quality, food safety, environmental and compliance activities.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRC, Bord Bia and relevant food safety legislation.
- Manage audits, customer complaints, corrective actions and quality documentation.
- Work closely with the Operations team to drive continuous improvement and food safety culture.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and support training across the site.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in a Quality or Technical role within food manufacturing or meat processing.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC and food safety management systems.
- Experience preparing for and participating in customer or third-party audits.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with production and cross-functional teams.
