As our business continues to grow, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly organised Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the centre of our business, working closely with our sales, service, purchasing and accounts teams to ensure our customers receive an outstanding level of service.
Operations Coordinator
About the Role
As Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the business, supporting our sales, service, purchasing and training activities. Acting as a central point of coordination between customers, suppliers and internal teams, you will help ensure orders are processed accurately, information flows efficiently and customers receive an excellent level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email and at our trade counter/showroom.
- Process customer orders and maintain CRM records.
- Provide operational support to the external sales team, ensuring supplier orders accurately reflect agreed customer specifications.
- Raise supplier purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules and coordinate deliveries and collections.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues to provide timely updates on orders, repairs and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the workshop and service department regarding repairs, spare parts, service bookings and job progress.
- Coordinate bookings and administration for UTS training courses, including customer communications and payments.
- Maintain accurate customer, equipment and warranty records.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the business and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in an operations, administration or customer service role.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM or business management software.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable
- Experience in a technical, engineering, construction or industrial environment.
- Full clean driving licence.

Pay: €35,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
