We are seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team delivering water, wastewater and utility infrastructure projects across Ireland. The successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects from tender through to final account, ensuring effective cost control and contractual compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare estimates, budgets and tender documentation for M&E works.
Measure and value completed works and prepare interim valuations.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist with procurement.
Monitor project costs, forecasts and cash flow.
Manage variations, claims and change orders.
Prepare commercial reports and cost forecasts.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients.
Provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities.
Assist in ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering or related discipline.
2–3+ years' experience in M&E Quantity Surveying or a commercial role.
Experience in water, wastewater, utilities or infrastructure projects.
Strong Excel and quantity surveying software skills.
Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay: €45,677.79-€94,564.64 per year
