As Practice Manager, you'll lead the operational, financial and people side of one of our flagship Truly clinics. You'll be accountable for patient experience, team performance, financial KPIs and compliance, partnering closely with the clinical lead to make your clinic the best in the region.
Leading and developing the clinic team (reception, nurses, TPCs)
Owning clinic P&L, budgets and operational KPIs
Ensuring full compliance with IDC/CQC/DCI standards, GDPR, HSE
Patient experience: NPS, feedback loops, escalations
Recruitment partnership and onboarding of new hires
Collaborating with Head Office on growth initiatives
Cross-functional projects with Marketing, Sales and Clinical Lead
3+ years managing dental, medical, or healthcare teams
Demonstrable P&L responsibility
Strong leadership and people-development skills
Operations and compliance awareness (IDC / GDC / CQC / HSE / GDPR)
Financial literacy: budgets, forecasts, cost control
Excellent communication
Right to work in Ireland or the UK
Location: Donnybrook, Dublin, Ireland.
Clinic Focus: Orthodontic treatments and patient-centered specialist care.
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Model: Onsite.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
