Office Based Role, based in Sandyford, working along side our team to ensure calls and carers times are facilitated. Updating availability changes, starting new clients.

Job Purpose
To support the efficient delivery of high-quality home care services by coordinating care schedules, maintaining accurate records, supporting care staff, and ensuring excellent communication with clients and carers. Working alongside the coordinator on the day-to-day rostering and communication.
Care Coordination
· Schedule and allocate care visits to care workers efficiently.
· Ensure all client care visits are covered and delivered on time.
· Monitor daily rotas and make adjustments for staff absences, emergencies, and changes in client needs.
· Match care workers to clients based on skills, experience, and client preferences.
Administration
· Communicating roster changes with carers
· Relaying information to relevant departments
· Process and update service user information.
· Process and update carers information.
· Manage telephone and email enquiries professionally.
Client Support
· Act as a point of contact for clients and their families.
· Respond promptly to client concerns, complaints, or service requests.
· Support client onboarding, including gathering required documentation and information.
Staff Support
· Communicate rota updates and important information to care staff.
· Support monitoring of staff attendance and performance.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
· Monitor care delivery systems and escalate concerns appropriately.
· Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety policies.
Essential Requirements
· Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements.
Desirable Requirements
· Experience in home care, healthcare, or social care services.
· Knowledge of care management software.
· Understanding of care regulations and standards.
· Experience coordinating staff rotas and schedules.
