About VEEP Energy
VEEP Energy is one of Ireland's growing renewable energy companies specialising in Solar PV, Battery Storage and Energy Solutions for residential, agricultural and commercial customers.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team in a combined Marketing & Customer Care role.
This position is ideal for somebody who enjoys working with people, creating content, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and helping a business grow through excellent communication and organisation.
The Role
This role combines marketing, customer care and CRM administration.
Typical daily activities will include:
Marketing & Social Media
- Creating and scheduling social media posts
- Managing Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms
- Writing articles and website content
- Updating the company website (WordPress)
- Creating project case studies
- Uploading installation photos and project updates
- Assisting with customer testimonial videos
- Supporting recruitment advertising campaigns
- Helping build VEEP Energy's online presence and brand
Customer Satisfaction & Customer Care
- Following up with customers after installation
- Requesting Google and Trustpilot reviews
- Gathering customer feedback and testimonials
- Explaining next steps after installation
- Issuing customer portal information
- Identifying customer concerns and escalating where required
- Helping ensure every customer has an excellent experience
CRM & Administration
- Recording customer interactions within Zoho CRM
- Updating Zoho Desk tickets
- Logging customer phone calls and emails
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Assisting with general office administration
- Providing first-line customer support (training provided)

- Consistent daily social media activity
- Regular customer testimonials and reviews
- Improved Trustpilot and Google review ratings
- Accurate CRM records
- Positive customer feedback
- Strong communication between customers and the VEEP team
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for somebody who:
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
- Has experience with social media platforms
- Is organised and detail-oriented
- Can write professional articles and content
- Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Has experience with WordPress (preferred)
- Has experience with CRM systems (preferred)
- Enjoys helping people and solving problems
Experience within renewable energy, construction, customer service or marketing would be an advantage but is not essential.
Training will be provided.
