We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen team on Brays seafront.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative chef to take full ownership of the kitchen, drive food standards, and deliver an exceptional dining experience to both locals and visitors.
The Role
- Lead : Manage and mentor a passionate kitchen brigade, fostering a positive and efficient working culture.
- Kitchen Management: Take full responsibility for stock control, food costing, GP margins, and supplier relationships.
- Compliance: Maintain gold-standard hygiene levels, ensuring strict HACCP compliance and health & safety regulations are met at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of kitchen financials and a track record of maintaining high GP.
- Compliance : Extensive knowledge of HACCP and food safety legislation; you lead by example when it comes to a clean, safe kitchen.
- Passion: A genuine love for fresh ingredients and a drive to stay ahead of the curve.
Pay: From €22.00 per hour
