Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Inventory & Compliance Coordinator to improve stock accuracy, warehouse organisation, and safety standards. This role will focus on systematically reviewing warehouse locations, ensuring physical stock matches Odoo records, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct stock checks and reconcile physical stock with Odoo inventory records.
- Investigate and correct stock discrepancies.
- Update Odoo accurately following stock movements and adjustments.
- Identify and report damaged, defective, or unsellable products.
- Consolidate stock locations to maximise warehouse space and improve efficiency.
- Review warehouse aisles for safety concerns and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards across all warehouse areas.
- Provide daily progress and issue reports to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives relating to inventory control and warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Forklift licence and competent forklift operator.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience using inventory management systems (Odoo experience preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage a project from start to finish.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
