OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / OFFICE SUPPORT
Duties: The role will be varied and extensive, dealing with customer account queries, answering calls and emails and other duties including, but not limited to:
- Document control
- Invoicing, Lodgements,
- Monthly account updates,
- Cash reconciliation,
- Filing & General office admin duties,
- Phone answering
- Some Secretarial duties
- To provide support via general administration to the sales team when required
The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy office in an Administrative Capacity
- Good communication skills with a personable approach
- High level of computer proficiency especially Outlook, Word & Excel
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritise
- High attention to detail
- Customer focused with a high level of professional judgement
