Technician - Autoglass® Ireland
Location: Dublin Area
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Autoglass® Ireland, part of the global Belron® Group, is seeking an experienced Windscreen Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who already has hands-on experience in vehicle glass repair and replacement and is looking to join a market-leading company with strong career development opportunities.
You will work in a field-based role, supporting customers at their home, workplace, or onsite location, delivering vehicle glass repair, replacement, and recalibration services to the highest professional standards.
What You Will Do?
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle glass repair, replacement, and recalibration to industry-leading standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and care
- Manage daily appointments efficiently while working independently
- Use company-provided tools, equipment, and technology effectively
- Maintain company vehicles, stock, and equipment to required standards
- Work collaboratively with customer service and support teams to ensure smooth operations

Essential Criteria
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- Strong standard of English
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Full clean driver’s licence
- Proven experience in vehicle glass repair/replacement, panel beating, or automotive repair
