Galu Limited specializes in the manufacturing of high-quality buffer tanks. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder/Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and metal fabrication activities involved in the production of buffer tanks.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and steel fabrication tasks according to manufacturing specifications and job requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Carry out fabrication, assembly, and welding work to a high standard.
- Assist in the manufacture of buffer tanks, ensuring precision, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety during all fabrication activities.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in welding and steel fabrication.
- Proven experience working in a workshop manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in tank manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
