The Role
We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, and experienced Supervisor to join our team. You will play a key role in the daily running of both the shop and café, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and a positive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across both the retail shop and café areas to ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Team Management: Supervise, support, and motivate team members, assisting with onboarding, training, and shift delegation.
- Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering friendly, efficient, and welcoming service to every customer.
- Stock & Inventory: Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, manage product displays, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Financial Oversight: Handle daily cash register operations, opening/closing procedures, and till reconciliations.
- Health & Safety: Maintain strict hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and workplace safety standards across the café and retail floor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a supervisory or team lead position (experience in a combined café/retail or hospitality environment is a strong advantage).
- Food & Beverage: Familiarity with barista operations or basic food safety/HACCP regulations is highly desirable.
- Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Problem-Solving: Calm under pressure with a proactive approach to resolving customer or operational issues.
- Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
