We put groups of investors together to buy property they want to buy from the open market.
We help with funding and manage the process
We are looking for people to help source investors ie ordinary people who would be interested and then we help them raise funds.
The standard property crowd funds is 1 million
We want you to use social media, conections etc to introduce new investors we pay you an small wage 100 euro and 2% comission of investment achieved
You just need to make the introduction no hard selling. For every standard crowd funds 20k of commission is paid out.
This is a part time role and is flexible time wise
Pay: €20.00 per hour
