Role Purpose
Responsible for managing the successful implementation of all Accelerometer Engineering Projects in terms of Product Development.
Key responsibilities of the role the Project Manager
- Defining and creating and maintaining detailed project work packages Project plans as required for the Accelerometer Projects wrt scope, work package breakdown, deliverable key milestones.
- Leading and presenting with clear communication to both internal and external Project reviews the status of each Project along the Project Life Cycle.
- Working with supply chain both internal and external to ensure schedule and budgets are adhered to as per Project scope and plan.
- Delivering on both internal and external Project revenue and work package milestones.
- Ensuring all project documents adheres to the company and/or customer requirements.
Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified in an Engineering discipline to degree level with proven project management experience of at least 5 years.
- Proven track record of managing multi-functional, multi-site projects from concept through to closeout.
- Technical experience in developing and product rollout of Hardware projects/products in ideally Space industry but relevant experience in either Aerospace or Medical Devices industries will also be considered.
