Part-Time Gaeilge Educator & Activity Leader Future Leadership & Business Management Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Gaelgóir to join our growing educational business working with children aged 6–12 years.
This is a part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday–Friday), with additional paid planning and organisational hours available when required.
The role follows the school academic year calendar, with approximately 8 weeks unpaid leave during the summer period.
This position is designed to develop over time into a senior leadership and management role, with the successful candidate gradually taking on increased responsibility within the business over the next 3–5 years.

Main Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging activities through Irish for children aged 6–12
- Support and encourage children through a mixture of:
- STEM activities
- Arts & crafts
- Animation and creative projects
- Games and free play
- Help create a positive, safe and enjoyable environment for children
- Support the planning and organisation of activities and projects
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Contribute positively to a supportive and flexible team environment
- Assist with programme organisation and future development of the business
Essential Requirements
- Fluent Irish speaker / strong Gaeilge
- Genuine love and appreciation for the Irish language
- Enjoys working with children
- Friendly, approachable and easy to work with
- Flexible, reliable and organised
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Interest in STEM, creativity and child-led learning
- Arts, crafts or animation skills
- Experience working with primary school children
- Education, youth work or childcare experience
- Leadership or organisational skills
- Interest in long-term career progression and management
Long-Term Opportunity
This is not simply a part-time role. We are looking for someone who would like to grow with the business over time and eventually move into a leadership and management position.
