The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our Dublin team. This is a great role for someone looking to build a career in sales and retail technology.
Previous sales experience is not essential, but it would be an advantage. We’re looking for someone who is confident, friendly, willing to learn, and comfortable speaking with customers and businesses.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Look after existing customers and build strong relationships.
- Follow up with potential customers and new leads.
- Make cold calls and proactively reach out to potential customers.
- Keep in regular contact with local and international partners.
- Manage leads and update customer information in the CRM.
- Help customers understand our POS and retail technology solutions.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Attend events and exhibitions as required.
What Success Looks Like
- Building strong relationships with customers and potential customers.
- Consistently following up on leads and creating new sales opportunities.
- Meeting or exceeding agreed sales targets.
- Keeping the CRM and sales pipeline up to date.
- Providing a professional and positive experience for customers and partners.
