The Role
We're looking for a confident, experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to help run the floor and bar at The Clubhouse. This is a step-up role for someone who already knows hospitality inside out and is ready to take ownership of a shift — leading the team, keeping standards high, and making sure service runs smoothly even when things get busy.
You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and be trusted to run the show in their absence, so we're looking for someone reliable, calm under pressure, and genuinely good with people.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
- Confidence to run a full shift independently, including in the Restaurant Manager's absence
- Strong leadership skills — someone the team can look to for direction
- High standards for food, drink, and customer service
- Good product knowledge and a willingness to keep learning
- Fluent English
- Flexibility to work full-time, including weekends
- Own transport essential — you must be able to drive yourself to the venue
