We are looking to hire a person looking to gain experience in advanced digital marketing with top class training provided over a 3 month internship. Possible full time position at the end of the 3 month internship.
This role is suited to a college graduate looking to get real digital marketing experience.
Responsibilities you will be trained on:
- Develop and implementing campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, Google & Tik Tok ads from end to end, including budget management.
- Create granular audience segments to target customers through all the digital campaigns.
- Measure campaigns and engagements by defining the metrics and ensuring KPI's are hit.
- Develop plans to increase traffic to the website and reach client KPI's – a mix of engagement and revenue targets.
- Coordinate monthly marketing reports to demonstrate the value of marketing activity
- Conduct regular research on external market activity
- Create tailored collateral and content for key market segments and regions
Recommended Qualities:
- Strong interest and/or experience in marketing
- Excellent knowledge of the social media world and how it can be used to an advantage
- Self-starter with a structured and analytical mind and keen interest in working in a fast paced enviroment
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, ability to nurture strong work relationships
- Fast learner, can work well on their own as well as in a team
- Eye for detail with competent writing skills
- Attention to detail and proven ability to take ownership of tasks and manage them to completion
- Good team player with ability to multi-task, and enjoy an environment that is dynamic and fast paced.
- Excellent planning & organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious individual required
