We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie for Ryan's Bar in Navan, County Meath. The ideal candidate must have previous kitchen experience in a Gastropub, or Restaurant, be talented, creative and have a genuine passion for food.
Must be standards driven and detail-orientated
· Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
· Must be flexible with regards to hours
· Must be fluent in the English Language
· Must have excellent self-presentation
· Should have detailed knowledge of HACCP, minimum level 2 training is desirable
· Relevant professional qualification (very desirable)
· Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service
