We have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Part Time Hotel Porter to assist in the day to day operations of the hotel. Flexibility is a must as you will be required to work weekends. The role will include working both front and back of house - reception, housekeeping duties and some bar service for our hotel residents. You will have effective communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative and be enthusiastic to provide our residents with the best guest experience.
Your Responsibilities
To great all guests in a warm and a friendly manner
To adhere to all Company policies including Customer Care, Fire Safety, Cash Handling, and all hotel protocols.
Ensuring the lobby and public areas are always kept clean and presentable
Ensuring hotel exterior is kept clean.
Ensuring all reasonable guests’ requirements are met promptly and professionally.
Your Profile:
Experience in a similar role
Fluent in English
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

Good communication skills
