We are currently recruiting for a full / part time Night Porter
- To be responsible for the safety of hotel guests during the hours of 23.00pm to 07.30am.
- To care for all guests needs being helpful and respectful at all times.
- To check in late arrivals
- Responsible for cleanliness and hygiene standards of lobby, front hall and the guest toilets in the lobby and functions areas.
- To clean, maintain and set up the function and conference rooms to hotel standards.
- To ensure that hotel policy is adhered to at all times.
- To comply with fire, health and safety procedure and security arrangements.
- To be conscious of the need for positive selling of all hotel facilities, and awareness of local activities, tourist attractions, amenities for guests.
- To attend training sessions as and when required.
- Other duties as directed by supervisor/management.
