We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with customers, possess strong sales and communication skills, and be committed to providing an excellent customer experience within a fast-paced showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
- Advising customers on products and solutions
- Preparing material calculations and quotations
- Processing sales orders and following up on customer enquiries
- Securing showroom sales and achieving sales targets
- Maintaining showroom presentation and displays
- Handling customer calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Processing invoices and payments accurately
- Coordinating customer orders and deliveries
- Assisting with general day-to-day showroom operations
Requirements & Skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident manner
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge or interest in DIY/home improvement products preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Full clean driving licence essential
- Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance
Pay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
