We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Beauty Therapist to join our professional and supportive team on a full-time basis.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be a confident, well-trained and experienced therapist who is passionate about delivering excellent treatments and achieving visible results for clients.
You will be capable of working independently to a consistently high standard while also contributing positively to a kind, respectful and team-oriented working environment.
Experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
* Professional and advanced facial treatments
* Skin consultations and personalised treatment planning
* SkinCeuticals skincare and professional treatments
* DMK Enzyme Therapy and DMK skincare
* Lycon hot wax and Tea Tree -wax treatments
* Facial and body waxing
* Massage and body treatments
* Reflexology
* General beauty such as manicures and pedicures etc and wellness treatments
* Professional skincare and homecare recommendations
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering facial, beauty, massage and body treatments to an exceptional professional standard
* Completing thorough client consultations and identifying individual needs
* Recommending appropriate treatments, programmes and homecare without pressure
* Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
* Maintaining accurate consultation, consent and treatment records
* Following all hygiene, health and safety, patch-testing and treatment protocols
* Maintaining a clean, organised and professional treatment environment
* Supporting client retention, rebooking and treatment-plan progression
* Contributing to clinic targets through excellent service, knowledge and genuine client care
* Working collaboratively with reception, therapists, skin specialists and management
* Taking part in ongoing education, training and professional development
What We Are Looking For
* A recognised professional qualification in Beauty Therapy
* Strong practical experience in a busy, high-standard salon, spa or skin clinic
* Excellent facial, waxing, massage and body-treatment skills
* A genuine interest in skin health, beauty and wellness
* A professional, polished and confident manner
* Excellent communication and consultation skills
* A results-focused approach, with strong attention to detail
* The ability to recommend treatments and products knowledgeably and ethically
* Reliability, flexibility and excellent time management
* A kind, respectful and team-oriented attitude
* A commitment to learning and maintaining the highest professional standards
Previous training in SkinCeuticals, DMK, Lycon, advanced facials or results-driven skin treatments would be a strong advantage. However, further education may be provided to an exceptional candidate who has the right experience, ability and attitude.
